Stickify ("we", "our", or "the app") is an AI-powered sticker pack generator for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Stickify.

Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID email address (or a private relay address if you choose to hide your email). We do not receive or store your Apple ID password.

Photos: When you create a sticker pack, you select photos from your device. These photos are uploaded temporarily to our servers for AI processing and are automatically deleted after your sticker pack is generated.

Purchase Information: When you purchase generation tokens, we record the transaction ID and product identifier for receipt verification. We do not have access to your payment card details — all payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store.

Generated Content: The sticker images created by the AI are stored in your account so you can access them across sessions. You can delete your sticker packs at any time from within the app.

How We Use Your Information

• Sticker Generation: Your uploaded photos are sent to AI image processing services (fal.ai) to generate sticker artwork. An AI language model (Anthropic Claude) may be used to generate sticker descriptions based on your input.
• Account Management: Your email is used to identify your account and associate your sticker packs and credit balance with you.
• Purchase Verification: Transaction data is used to verify App Store purchases and grant generation credits to your account.

AI Data Processing

Stickify uses third-party AI services to generate your stickers. Before any data is shared, the app will ask for your explicit consent. Here is exactly what is sent and to whom:

• Photos → fal.ai (fal.ai, Inc.): Your selected photos are sent to fal.ai for AI-powered sticker image generation and background removal. Photos are processed in real-time and are not retained by fal.ai after processing is complete.
• Text → Anthropic (Anthropic, PBC): Your sticker pack name and optional description are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate creative sticker design prompts. Text inputs are processed in real-time and are not used to train Anthropic's models.

Both services process your data solely to fulfill your sticker generation request and do not use your data for their own purposes. No data is shared with these services until you explicitly consent within the app.

Data Storage and Security

Your account data and sticker files are stored on Supabase, a secure cloud platform. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is protected by row-level security policies — you can only access your own data.

Generated sticker packs are also saved locally on your device in a shared App Group container, allowing the iMessage sticker extension to access them.

Data Retention

• Uploaded photos: Deleted automatically after sticker generation is complete.
• Generated stickers: Retained until you delete them or delete your account.
• Account data: Retained while your account is active.

Third-Party Services

Stickify uses the following third-party services to provide its functionality:

• Apple Sign In: Authentication (Apple Inc.)
• Supabase: Database, authentication, and file storage (Supabase Inc.)
• fal.ai (fal.ai, Inc.): AI image generation and background removal — receives your uploaded photos
• Anthropic Claude (Anthropic, PBC): AI text generation for sticker descriptions — receives your pack name and description text
• AWS Lambda: Server-side sticker processing (Amazon Web Services)

These services process your data only as necessary to provide Stickify's functionality. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Your Rights

• Delete your data: You can delete individual sticker packs from within the app. To delete your entire account and all associated data, sign out from the Settings screen or contact us.
• Access your data: Your sticker packs and account information are accessible within the app at any time.

Children's Privacy

Stickify is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
